In accordance with His Majesty’s King Abdullah II vision, a number of Iraqi businessmen established an investment company in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with the objective of increasing and developing of their investments in the Kingdom and establishing projects in various sectors to help enhance the national economy.

Rafidain for Projects Development Company was incorporated as (a limited liability private joint stock company) and registered at the Companies' Control Department at the Ministry of Industry & Trade on September 7th, 2005 under reference No. (115). The Founding General Assembly was held on September 24th, 2005, and elected the Company's first Board of Directors.
